It’s amazing how fast summer goes by! (and how fast kids grow)
Now that summer’s out and children are preparing to see their classmates, it’s a great opportunity to boost their level of Greek by “using” their favorite summer moments.
That is because tying important moments with the Greek words is an effective way for kids to improve their Greek. For example, a favorite summer moment might be a trip to the beach or a visit to the ice cream parlor (check out our “Ice Cream Journal” in case you missed it). So it’s important to note that when kids begin to associate life events with Greek words, they’re right on track to begin describing events in Greek and eventually mastering the language.
